My mission is to offer a calm, personalized space where you feel confident, cared for, and completely seen — from the moment you book to the moment you leave my chair. Before booking, please take a moment to review the important policies below to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both of us. 📍 Location: Charlotte, NC 28269 Currently home based looking for a new salon home 🏠 🫶🏾 Booking Policies & Information To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following guidelines before booking your appointment: ✨ General Guidelines: -Hair is included with all services. -Your hair must be at least 4 inches long. -If shorter you must contact me prior to booking. To ensure I’m able to service you failure to do so and I am not able to service you it will result in you forfeiting your deposit. -If you have thinning or other concerns, please reach out to me directly before booking. -Please arrive picture-ready and comfortable. -Appointment times are estimates and may vary depending on your hair. -No extra guests are allowed at your appointment. -If you are feeling unwell, please cancel your appointment for everyone's safety — especially mine and my child’s. -Bookings open monthly on the 20th 🧼 Hair Preparation: -Please arrive with your hair detangled! -Wash and Blow dry is included in the service. -If you would like a deep conditioning please make sure to add on! 🕒 Timing & Punctuality: -There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, a fee of $2 per minute will be added. -After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. -If you arrive more than 30 minutes early, you’ll be asked to wait in your car until invited in. 📆 Cancellation Policy -At SlayedByGabbyBeautyLounge- each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with a personalized and luxurious experience. -To maintain the quality and efficiency of service for all clients, the following cancellation policy is strictly enforced: ⏳ Cancellation Window Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client on my waiting list. 💳 Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will $100 inconvenience fee, charged to the card on file. 🚫 No-Call / No-Show Clients who fail to communicate or do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full remaining balance and will be banned from booking future appointments. 🔁 Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. A $60 rescheduling fee will apply. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, it will be considered a cancellation. 💼 Emergency Situations I understand that life happens. In the case of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. Communication is appreciated and respected — I am always willing to work with you when possible. Thank you for respecting my time, energy, and the experience I strive to provide. This policy is in place to ensure every client receives the attention and quality they deserve. 💰 Payments & Deposits: -A non-refundable deposit of $30-$60 required to secure your appointment. Some services may require a higher deposit. -Deposits are only refundable if I cancel the appointment because of fault on my end -Remaining balances can be paid via Card, Apple Pay, Square, or Zelle. -Cash is accepted please make sure to have the exact amount! -There is a $5 processing fee for payments made via Apple Pay, -I strive to offer a personalized and seamless experience for each client. While appointments are highly recommended to ensure dedicated time and attention, walk-ins are welcomed based on availability. To maintain the quality of service and minimize wait times, please call ahead before arriving. This allows me to accommodate you thoughtfully and prepare for your service with the care and professionalism you deserve. Special Services & Additional Fees 💵 My hours have been updated any appointments wanting to start before or after my hours will be an additional fee. After/ before hours fee I am dedicated to providing an exceptional and tailored experience that meets your unique hair needs. To maintain the highest level of quality and personalized care, please note the following fees associated with special requests: -Last minute appointment such as appointments made same day or the previous day will result in an $60 fee on top of your service -Off-Day Appointments: For appointments booked outside of regular business hours, a premium fee of $150 will be applied in addition to your service total. -Travel Services: I offer convenient travel appointments upon request.
